Q.I have put a query with advisor after payment, but did not get a response. What should i do?
A.If you have put a query with advisor and you do not get the response with in 3 working days, your payment will be refunded back without any deductions.The query becomes null and void. So now you can choose some other expert related to the query and start a new session.
Q.What if i do not want to give feedback and star rating to Advisor?
A.If you do not provide any response to feedback and star rating portion of query session, it will be considered that you are satisfied with the advisor and 3 star rating will be given and session will be closed after 10 days automatically.
Q.Suppose i started session but after that could not use the session for 10 days, is the session going to close?
A.Yes, the session is going to close but that can again be opened after your request via your registered e-mail.
Q.I am an advisor and i have some issues regarding payment process.
A.Please go through the payment process in your profile settings and user terms & conditions or put up an enquiry from your registered e- mail id to advisome.com
